Refund and Return Policy

Returns

At Natural Phocus, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and enjoy the calming benefits our products are designed to bring into your life. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. While we’re unable to process refunds or exchanges after this period, we encourage you to reach out right away if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to find a solution within the return window.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please note, returns should be sent directly to us and not to the manufacturer.

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued (if applicable):

  • Books or prints showing clear signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

As soon as we receive and carefully inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation so you know it has arrived safely. At that time, we’ll also let you know whether your refund request has been approved.

If your refund is approved, we’ll begin processing it right away. A credit will be issued to your original payment method, and you can expect to see it reflected within a few business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Our aim is to make this process as smooth and timely as possible so you can feel supported every step of the way.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t seen your refund yet, don’t worry, sometimes it just takes a little extra time for financial institutions to complete the process. We recommend checking your bank account again first. If it’s not there, contact your credit card company, as it may take several business days before the refund officially posts.

If you’ve spoken with your credit card provider and still don’t see the refund, please reach out to your bank. There is often a short processing period before funds appear.

Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)

We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll make it right with an exchange for the same item.

How to request an exchange

  1. Email us at support@naturalphocus.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number.
  2. Attach photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly verify the issue and prevent future problems.
  3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions (and a prepaid label if the issue is due to our error or shipping damage).

Please return items in their original packaging and condition. For your peace of mind, we recommend tracked and insured shipping. If the exchange is approved due to a manufacturing defect or carrier damage, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label; otherwise, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.

Gifts

We want gift recipients to enjoy their Natural Phocus experience with ease and peace of mind.

  • If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate that you can use toward another product of your choice.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be processed back to the original purchaser. In this case, the gift giver will be notified of the return through their refund.

Our goal is to ensure that even in the case of returns, your experience feels thoughtful, seamless, and stress-free.

Unless otherwise specified (such as in cases of defective or damaged items), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and if your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
