Welcome to Natural Phocus. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and our Returns and Damage Guarantee.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Use of the Website

  • The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from this site without our prior written permission.

  • Natural Phocus offers open edition fine art prints of nature photography, along with related wellness resources.
  • We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to screen or print differences.
  • Availability, pricing, and descriptions of products are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and account information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at checkout.
  • Each piece is printed to order. Production and delivery times are estimates, and delivery may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect.
  • Our Returns and Damage Guarantee (available on this site) explains eligibility, timelines, and procedures in full.
  • Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@naturalphocus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
  • Upon review, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. In most cases, the damaged item does not need to be returned. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

8. Gift Purchases

  • If a gift arrives damaged or defective, either the recipient or the purchaser may contact us with the order number and photos, and we will send a replacement directly to the recipient.
  • Gift purchases are otherwise subject to the same Returns and Damage Guarantee as all other orders.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and digital downloads, is owned by Natural Phocus or our licensors.
  • No part of the site may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
