Our unframed images are carefully bonded to 3/16″ white heat-activated foamcore, sandwiched between a clay-coated paper and a layer of heat-activated adhesive. Orders shipped outside the continental U.S., including Hawaii and international destinations, may require 2–3 weeks depending on location and customs processing.

Each order is shipped flat and securely packaged in double-layered cardboard, ensuring your print arrives in perfect condition and ready to display. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow its journey every step of the way.

If your artwork arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within seven days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or arrange for a return shipment.

Because every piece is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect. • Avoid direct sunlight or areas with high humidity to protect against fading.
• Dust gently using a soft, dry microfiber cloth; avoid sprays or glass cleaners.
• For smudges and fingerprints: Dampen a clean, soft cloth with a small amount of mild soap and distilled water. Wipe gently and then dry with another soft, dry cloth.
• For a deeper clean, use a mild soap solution on the cloth, never spraying directly on the print, and avoid abrasive cleaners, ammonia-based products, and paper towels.
