Shipping Policy
Production Time
Every Natural Phocus piece is printed and finished to order. Orders typically enter production within one business day and ship within 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes an additional 2 to 6 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday volume.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.95.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Some carriers are unable to deliver to PO boxes, so please provide a street address whenever possible.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Packaging
Each piece is carefully packaged with protective materials and corner reinforcement to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Orders ship without any pricing information, so they are ready to give as gifts.
Holiday Orders
During the holiday season, we publish recommended order dates for delivery by Christmas. Please check our homepage or contact us for current deadlines.
Damaged in Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns and Damage Guarantee for details.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us right away at support@naturalphocus.com and we will try to correct it before your order ships.
